Biography

Deborah Moses is the founder of Veris Associates, Inc. and Transforming U Seminars. Her mission, "..to discover, affirm and promote the divine illumination in others" is directly related to the business' mission. Veris and Transforming U incorporate the principles and values that Deborah believes are the keys to success, including having integrity, respect, abundance and balance in one's life.

Veris Associates is a consulting company specializing in training and development.  Based on The CORE Approach^TM, developed by Deborah, Transforming U Seminars promotes a series of seminars on topics devoted to life changes, such as The CORE Approach^TM to Success, The CORE Approach^TM to Entrepreneuring and others. 

She speaks at numerous conferences, on a variety of topics including The CORE Approach^TM change, women’s issues, leadership and managing with values.

Deborah attended Montgomery County Community College and Temple University, in Pennsylvania, and has furthered her career with certifications in leadership, management and information technology areas. She is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), Manchester Who's Who, her local Chamber of Commerce, is a past committee chair for the March of Dimes' WalkAmerica, and is an active member of her church and community.
