Biography

The key focus for me over the course of my entrepreneurial career has been assisting other entrepreneurs in the success of their business. Helping my clients shoot past the barriers placed in front of them and achieve all that is possible is my passion! While I have developed a variety of businesses over the past 25 years, my company of the past 11 years, Business Victories, has focused on small business development exclusively. 

In 1989, I co-founded the Downtown Business Association of Louisville, Colorado and assisted in assuring a strong foundation for the association was put into place. My main objective was to bring many rewards to the small businesses of that community.  Under my guidance and leadership, this association thrived in attaining the funding and visibility to revitalize it as a strong business entity. I am delighted that the association still remains a vibrant part of that community today. 

Business Victories focuses on providing entrepreneurs to a create profitable and sustainable businesses. In 2006, Business Victories founded the Victory Circles. Seeing a strong need for the basics of a business Master Mind in my community, I wrote a curriculum that parallels some of the Master Mind principles for success that were originally written by Napoleon Hill in his epic classics Think and Grow Rich and the Laws of Success. In fact, I am so impassioned about these principles that I have written my second book based upon these principles relating to daily experiences, Victory One Moment at a Time – Unlocking the Power of the Master Mind.

I am based in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. My hometown of the last 30 years and counting! As the host of a weekly radio show, Victory Circles Radio, I host a variety of guest business experts and thought leaders from across the globe every week to share their message of empowerment to those with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

I have given myself no limits as I step out into the world of speaking to audiences across the world. I bring a fresh perspective of the tools we each hold inside. Once we have the right focus and mindset, anything is possible. I always speak from my heart, sharing a message of hope and possibility that is available to everyone.

My main subject of speaking and key talk "Unlocking the Power of the Master Mind"  revolves around the Master Mind Principles that have proven quite successful throughout my leadership in the Victory Circles.
