Ellis has written articles on leadership for the US Army, Toastmasters International and many local publications. Coach Ellis has been a keynote speaker and or seminar/workshop leader for the Department of Interior, the Department of the Army, the State of Alaska, the United States Navy, the Strelitz Diabetes Institute, Strayer University, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and many other government, medical and educational organizations. Additionally, Coach is a much sought after leadership developer in the non-profit arena, specializing in faith-based groups. Ellis’ internet radio program “Transformational Conversations” has been heard on five continents. Ellis is currently working on his new book: From Impotence to Impact will be out soon. The book draws on the countless conversations with his clients from the Transformational Conversations about Leadership Coaching practice, a values-based approach to leading others from a 360 degree perspective.
