My positions in the corporate world taught me that leadership is an absolute necessity for business success.  Companies are created to follow dreams and visions, but the people that work for companies need direction, motivation, challenge, support and encouragement so that they are committed to the organizational goals.

This is where I come in...through my business experience at all levels, through interaction with all types of industries and job functions, and through my dynamic, interactive and naturally humorous style, I am able to stimulate managers and supervisors into becoming what they need to be- role models for the masses.
