Dave is a motivational speaker who specializes in security related issues.  He has held increasingly accountable position in various corporate, industrial, and military environments.  Dave brings this experience to his audience through stories and anecdotes that fit the theme of his presentation.  When appropriate, Dave draws on a number of audience participation exercises as a way of reinforcing pertinent points of the presentation.

As a motivational speaker, Dave encourages awareness of the topic by emphasizing basic behavioral principles that the audience can take away and implement in their daily routine.

When addressing college students his message of awareness on such topics as Personal Security on Campus, Date Rape and Violence on the College Campus, is realistic, factual and delivered without scare tactics. 

Throughout his career Dave has presented to troops, security professionals, police and students.  At Merck & Co., Inc. he designed and conducted classes for a 42 person guard force and performed various security related presentations for Merck employees.  Management of Aggressive Behavior, Protecting Company Secrets and Violence in the Workplace were a few of the presentations Dave conducted.

During his six years in the USMC Dave designed and implemented training classes for the Marine Embassy Guard detachments at the U.S. Missions in Jakarta, Indonesia and Manila, Philippines.

At the Katharine Gibbs Career School in Philadelphia, he was a Professor in the Criminal Justice Department.

Dave has presented at the TREXPO East Tactical conference held for law enforcement and military personnel, and has been a keynote speaker for several corporations and local business groups.  He has conducted the seminar “How to Deal with Disruptive and Aggressive Behavior in the Classroom” for the Pennsylvania Association of Private School Administrators and several career schools in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
