Biography

It's all about moving forward in a changing world. I tell people that Change Management was about Change long before Obama made it the buzz word of 2008/2009!

My energy is fueled by helping organizations move in a positive direction. When I address groups, my style is iterative in process always involving the group in activities and/or interactions. I feel this is the best way to learn and grow and be interested in what is being said. Monologues are not my style!

I bring my life and learning into every presentation as my journey includes 21 years as a Rotarian and lifelong Presbyterian. I spend my off hours with my husband Glen, our adorable golden doodle Toby, and two tormented ragdoll cats Gilbert and Sulli. My free time includes music, plants, flowers and nature with all its wonder (can't forget all those birds I feed regularly) I believe its the small things in life that give me the greatest joy as I keep hoping for something big to happen along with the rest of the Cub fans!

The first priority is assessing the needs of the organization that I will be addressing. The second is to build a presentation that will be meaningful and useful. If I believe I cannot perform the best service for the organization, I love connecting other excellent speakers and consultants to assist in the process. We all have been in meetings where the speaker or subject matter seems to be disjointed from their audience. Customization is the name of the game!
