Biography

     Tobe presents more than 100 programs each year to organizations that need to stay ahead of their marketplace. He shows attendees how to design and implement the ideal "stakeholder" EXPERIENCE through creative thinking, innovative problem solving and re-newed perspective.
    Jeff is the Primary Colorer at Coloring Outside the Lines.  He believes in the power of creativity to manage the change that is inevitable with innovation and to look at what one does from an entirely new perspective.  He helps participants not only to cope with transition, but to creatively embrace and thrive from it.  He teaches organizations that to grow, and increase their bottom line, they must first implement strategies that have a fresh approach and they MUST consider their organization from their "stakeholders" points of view.  Customer service is no longer the bar that distinguishes us from our competitors.  We now have to consider our "internal" and "external" customers' EXPERIENCE from the minute they make contact with us until the minute they are done.  This involves teamwork, communication and creative thinking!
