My Solemn Pledge to Event Planners:

I will not be a diva, freak out or flake out on you. 

I promise to be one of the easiest speakers you ever work with.

Your audience will love me, so your boss or client will love YOU!

Now that's out of the way...

I am an honest-to-goodness communication expert (with letters after my name & masters degrees on the wall) and present topics such as:

• Getting Customers to Know, LOVE & Trust You (So They Buy More!)
• How Women Can Gain Power in Business – Without Saying A Word
• Credibility & Cash Flow (developed for groups of small business owners, but will revise for sales or customer service groups)
• Cash in on Twitter
• … and all things communication!

My style is highly professional, but I like to have fun and make sure my audiences enjoy themselves while learning what I'm there to teach them.  They'll laugh a little -- maybe even a lot.  I have been described as dynamic, entertaining, and as providing lots of valuable information. 

Because all audiences are not created equal, every speech I do is customized to your audience and the specific needs your group has. Why? Because everybody is different.

No matter the size of your group or the time allotted, I make my presentations interactive (and I'm not talking about the lame-o and always standard "raise your hand if you agree with what I'm saying" garbage. Actual INTERACTON).

I come to you with more than a decade of college classroom teaching expereince and well over 30 years of speaking experience (yes I started when I was seven years old!).  What does that mean to you? I know how to handle all sorts of live speaking "issues" that occasionally come up from technical challenegs, to unruly audience members, to scheduling conflicts -- and just about everything else in between.  Like I promised in my pledge -- I won't freak out.  I can handle it and come up with a Plan B in a hurry if needed.  In fact here is what one participant had to say about that:
