Biography

I‘m an internationally renowned expert on management development for more than 15 years by now.

I am the CEO of SGMI Inhouse AG (www.sgmiinhouse.ch), the subsidiary for all the custom programs of the well known SGMI Management Institute of St. Gallen, Switzerland (www.sgmi.ch), a spin off from the University of St. Gallen (www.unisg.ch). 

One of my important goals over the last few years has been the strategic development of SGMI Inhouse; taking it from a leading management institute in the German speaking part of Europe to an international business school with high recognition world wide.

I have managed to convince companies around the world to partner with SGMI. Another aspect of my job involves lecturing in both German and English spoken seminars focusing on leadership, communication and high performance selling. I offer a combined proven knowledge of business education with many years experience in management, as well as experience as a lecturer and coach.

My lecturing is highly interactive and in some part infotainment as well. People tend to say “it was like an icebreaker through my brain”.
