Mr. Robert C. Anderson is a retired U.S. Marine who has directed and led major business development and program management efforts, including research and development, valued from $20M-$500M. Bob has designed and implemented Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) enterprise architecture and cryptologic support for five U.S. Marine Expeditionary Forces. Bob was also the Operational Sr. Program Manager for U.S. Air Force development of a new landing control system (AN/TPN-19 radars, communications, computers and software).

Over the course of a 20+ year civilian career, Mr. Anderson has evaluated, modified and turned around troubled multi-million dollar business operations. While working with Westinghouse Defense, Bob created and negotiated multi-million dollar joint ventures with the country of Australia. Bob now serves as a keynote speaker, national security consultant, author, and open-source intelligence ‘broker’ on national security. Based on the quote from Thomas Jefferson, "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be."  Bob's focus is thus on “Learning from the past,” “Preparing for the future,” and “Living in the present.”

Bob provides assistance to companies and organizations in matters of business development, research & development, and strategic planning on a number of diverse issues to include disaster recovery, disaster medicine, infrastructure development & protection, and insight into understanding and response to today's terrorist threat (both domestic and international).
