Theresa's personal mission is to help organizations and individuals achieve GREATNESS, be outrageously successful, and have fun doing it!  She's engaging and inspiring while masterfully compelling her audiences to dig deep to find the 'fire in the belly' that lies within.  She's got stories to tell after 13 years of running her own business and helping scores of other business owners reach unprecedented results.  As co-owner of Transform, Inc. and co-owner of WAKE UP AND SELL!, Theresa has a M.S. in Human Resource Management, is a certified Ennegram Teacher and Coach and has over 20 years of business, sales and management experience. Theresa is an avid contributor to online article sources and  has contributed articles to local and national publication including SmartCEO, Smart Company Magazine, Investment Advisor, Remodeling Magazine and many more.
