Doug Staneart, NCAA AthleteNCAA Athlete: Doug walked-on to play college football as an outside linebacker for Texas Tech University and his work ethic helped him become a very popular leader among his teammates. Doug ended up earning a scholarship and graduating from Texas Tech with honors.  This experience offered Doug unique incites into leadership and communication that he carried over into the business world.
