Keith began his career with the Procter and Gamble Company (the world’s largest consumer products firm serving 4 Billion consumers every day) . He worked across a number of billion dollar brands including Pampers, Bounty, Charmin, Olay, Crest, and Pantene. His assignments included line leadership as well as all aspects of Human Resources across multiple functions -including manufacturing, customer services, purchases, engineering, marketing and external relations. He led world wide efforts to define leadership at P&G, integrate the 23,000 employees joining via the Gillette acquisition (the 9th largest in corporate history), and countless organization startups and restructurings. Keith pioneered such breakthrough concepts as Winning at the Employee Moments of Truth and the creation of best in the world "Organization Transformation Capabilities" across P&G.
Keith is focused on enabling people and organization’s to discover, develop, and deliver breakthrough results while fulfilling the personal aspirations of its members.
