Biography

When I was asked to co-author a book with Brian Tracy, Stephen Covey and Ken Blanchard entitled "Discovering Your Inner Strengths" I knew instinctively that I would write the chapter on courage. "Little Courage - Big Rewards" encourages those struggling with life decisions that require an act of courage. For many a small act of courage can be crippling because of their inner fears. My life experiences with small acts of courage beginning as a small child have compelled me to help people reach through their fears and design the life they desire and deserve. "Reaching for the Brass Ring" is a lively, down to earth, at times laughable keynote to inspire everyone to be what they want to be, and do what they want to do - NOW!

More about Sharon Jenks:

Sharon Jenks CPBA, President of The Jenks Group®, began her career in the banking business earning the title of Senior Vice President in the then male dominated banking industry at the age of 27. Having broken the glass ceiling herself, she began to study the personal success strategy of executives who were able to achieve higher than normal levels of success. Sharon is a professional behaviorist who has worked with thousands of individuals and companies in reaching their personal and professional goals.  She does this through helping people discover their behavioral talents in order to increase their effectiveness in communication. Her foundational belief is that job performance is directly linked to how well a person knows themselves and how well they can adapt to other communication styles.
