Kim Worlow is a Certified Fearless Living Coach and supports people to focus on by-passing the excuses that hold them back everyday. Her company, Internal Assets, originated from the belief that your greatest asset is you and the resources you have inside you right now.
Kim knows....She knows what it means to be a woman these days. She knows only too well what it is to be tired, overworked and overwhelmed by all the daily challenges we face. She understand what it means to juggle family and work---laundry and bills----dinner and doctor appointments. She gets bombarded with paperwork, housework, work-work, and homework. Sometimes she finds herself at odds in her relationships with the people in her life, from children and spouse to friends and coworkers. She worries about aging and staying fit, to grander things like leaving her mark upon this earth before she goes. You see, she is a woman too and she knows! So that is what she talks about!
Kim believes the key to getting things done these days is relationships. We all do better, produce more results and are for the most part happier, when we have connections with people that work. We don't live or work in vacuums. Connecting with ourselves and with others will enhance the quality of the work we produce, as well as the speed with which we produce results. It is not about IF we have break downs in communication but WHEN we have breakdowns, how fast can we recover? How fast can we repair a relationship? Say we are sorry? Ask for what we need? Admit we are wrong? And then return to compassion for ourselves and others? These are the tools Kim focuses on in her speeches, trainings and retreats.
