Biography

For three decades Steven has captivated audiences all over the world, not to mention danced for Jay Leno on the Tonight Show, met everyone from Mother Teresa to President Bill Clinton, and taught a bird how to fly. A seasoned minister and story teller, he has spoken numerous times in Madison Square Garden and performed a one man show on every continent but Antarctica...still working on that. He's swam the Hudson River to raise money for his favorite charity, for which he also served as an executive director on the board; building it into a worldwide, four star non-profit benefiting thousands. He's produced an award winning short film and is president of his own independent film company. For more than 16 years he oversaw an international mission and benevolent organization, managing a multi-million dollar budget which served the needs of the poor and AIDs victims in over 50 different countries . He's an author, a skydiver, film maker, and father. Married for 31 years to the wife of his youth, he currently serves as the senior minister for the Portland church of Christ and can be heard regularly on their website, portlandchurch.org. An internationally sought after keynote speaker, accredited ethics lecturer, and humorist, Steven's messages are hilarious, soulful and life changing.
