Life is all about people and Bill's presentations provide attendees with a strong objective process by which to create a strong model of predictability. From Selection to Succession, Bill's insights help attendees get the People Side of their Business Right.

Bill is the author of "The Entrepreneur Next Door." In this original work Bill identifies the qualities necessary to be a more successful leader. All of Bill’s presentations have a strong behavior component making business understandable and predictable. His presentations are about the stories that we identify with. A simple example is the following thought. “It is Monday morning, you walk into your office and ask people how their weekend was and then realize they are actually planning on telling you.”   If this statement brings a smile to your face then Bill’s style will resonate.

"One of the greatest challenges that leaders have is we have very little appreciation as to why others can't do what we so easily accomplish. " If you have thought about this or just realized this, then Bill's style will resonate with your attendees.

Bill presents to leadership groups more than 50+ times each year and receives extremely high ratings.

He is the CEO of Accord Management Systems, Inc., a WEBNC (Women’s owned) Certified Company. Accord has 10 employees and is a Behavioral Consultancy. They help thousands of companies with both their tactical and strategic talent needs. Bill has presented to employees of Midas, Starwood Resorts, Disney, The members of Vistage, The Executive Committee, the Young Presidents Organization, The Young Entrepreneurs Organization and associations such as The International Franchise Association, American Resort Development Association to name a few. He is considered to be more of an “insultant” than a mere consultant. He tells the truth and rocks the boat.
