Sam (his nickname) will startle your audience relating his recognized professional experience and real life adventures from being raised with 26 brothers and sisters to having his strategies becoming policy by some government and private organizations worldwide. During this same period he had to overcome a spinal cord injury that happened during a training exercise while in the military; going from a wheel chair, rehab, to walking again; to becoming an adjunct professor, author of over a dozen books, training manuals and instructors' guides, to becoming an executive Director of a Global $3 Billion Dollar organization in the service industry.
Guest of Presidential White House Staff and at Blair House, an acquaintance and trusted confidante to members of the ruling families of two foreign countries did not change his commitment to his charity work; that is teaching educators from K - 12 grades specific classroom management skills that raise students standardized test scores, while reducing discipline problems up to 50% and even more including bullying and cyber bullying. The later came about after he produced the first radio parenting call-in show on the New York City Board of Education Channel. His personal mission is aimed at the future generation and those who have the responsibility to teach.
His famous quote was given at the Global Summit held in Washington D.C 1996 on Aviation Safety and Security attended by FAA and airline officials from around the world. He gave the opening remarks for the technical panel and commented "Greed and Integrity are two words, one compromises mankind". The closing of his presentation will motivate each individual in attendance to excel beyond his/her own expectation and, for many years to come.
