In 1996, she coined the term “RetroAge” to introduce a new paradigm of aging to the world. She co-wrote three books with best-selling author Sallie Batson: " RetroAge: The 4 Step Program to Reverse the Aging Process" (Berkley Books, 1997)" ; "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Looking & Feeling Younger" (Alpha Books, 2000); and "Sex and the Single Senior" an intimate recounting of her 3 decade journey from a depressed divorcee to a self-confident, spiritually evolved role model.
