Named the 2003 International Coach of the Year. Dory Willer is a certified individual and organizational Coach and a nationally recognized expert on aligning people with passion, purpose and achievement. She is a prominent international speaker and published co-author of four books. She holds a BS degree in Organizational Behavior along with an Executive HR Certification from Stanford University. Her coach training was received at The Hudson Institute, along with advance coaching certifications from Life on Purpose Institute, LifeGuides™, Best Year Yet!®, The One Page Business Plan®, Dream Coach®, and Coaching From Spirit™. She is a past chapter president of the International Coach Federation, a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals, and the National Speakers Association. A former Fortune 100 Vice President of Human Resources, and a seasoned veteran of life, Dory has a large roster of clients from all walks of life which provides a wonderful basis for her speaking topics.. She has been hired by Fortune 500 companies to coach their executives, and then hired by the executives to coach their spouses, sons and daughters. A columnist for a local Bay Area newspaper, she is quoted frequently and profiled in national print publications, and is currently hosting a weekly internet radio show titled:  The Thrive Factor (www.thrivefactor.com).  She is the founder of Beacon Quest Coaching based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and Teen YOUniversity - a school of life for teens.
