My career has been focused on helping employees use technology to get better at what they do. My background includes 20 years of writing and presenting complex material in an easily understood form. I have authored over 30 books on computer software, a book in getting home financing and several other topics.
I want people to succed in their lives and while motivation is an important component, I have always believed that without actionable steps with short feedback cycles, motivation usually withers.
