BiographyBarbara White was born in London, England and moved to Canada in 1992 to pioneer an independent school .
After a successful career of over twenty years in as teacher. principal and administrator, Barbara launched her own company, Beyond Better Development Corp. Beyond Better Development offers training and keynote presentations in motivation and interpersonal skills.
Barbara's passion is to inspire and equip others towards excellence in their personal and professional lives. She loves to facilitate people towards reaching their unique potential, and positively change lives.
Barbara has given numerous presentations throughout North America. Her qualifications in personality type indicators, have enabled her to succesfully incorporate the needs of diverse personality styles into her presentations, creating greater rapport and connection with audiences. Barbara is known for her clear, natural communication style and sense of humour. She captures the interest of her audience through passion, entertainment, and stories.
