Michele Webb has over 25 years in healthcare and business management.  Throughout her career she has chosen to focus on practical thinking “outside the box” and advocates managing Cancer Registry and HIM departments as strategic business partners within the healthcare system. 

She has a unique background including positions with an international oncology software development company; Cancer Registry management and consulting; clinical trials coordinator and management for private and for-profit research centers; an Information Systems Analyst for a regional trauma center; and administrative support in healthcare and publishing.  Formal education includes studies in Cancer Registry, Business Education, Information Systems, and Psychology.   As a netpreneur, she has designed and manages five websites featuring:  books and information, online learning and practical training courses for health information professionals, and free leadership and mentoring training in collaboration with healthcare professionals nationwide.

Michele’s enthusiastic and entertaining style combined with a practical “how to” approach has earned her the respect and business of professional associations, hospitals and businesses nationwide.  She has diverse experience working with all sizes and types of audiences from facilitating small forums, conducting training or educational workshops to delivering keynote programs and her down-to-earth style allows her to easily connect with everyone she meets.  Her presentations are geared to empower people to build positive working relationships and “can do” attitudes that will motivate them to reach their highest level of skill and achievement in their work and lives.    

Michele lives in the Greater Cincinnati, Ohio area with her Australian Shepherd, Billie, where she works as an independent consultant, speaker and trainer and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
