• Let's Just Blow Bubbles-for adults who strive to keep the spirit of childhood alive inside their hearts. Randi will re-introduce you to someone very special yet long forgotten-your inner child (the spirit within). She will lead you through a fun and fascinating process of rediscovering the foundation of youth within yourself (the sense of self).
• Letting Go- This workshop will challenge the firmly held belief that we must brave our circumstances and endure life's crises. Randi contends that while hurt is inevitable with even the smallest crisis, suffering is not. We can experience our losses, hardships and disappointments and let go of them.
• Making Connections-With her experience in raising three daughters, Randi will utilize her experience and education to teach strategies for making connections between mothers and daughters. This workshop is written and created to be presented to mothers/stepmothers and daughters together, ages 10-14 years.
• Self-Esteem- This workshop discusses the small day-to-day losses of life, a project gone sour, kid's unhappiness and family demands-all-factors that chip away at self-esteem. You will learn simple exercises to downplay daily aggravations, including the most important skill-being able to vent your feelings and allow others to vent theirs.
