Renee spent over 25 years in business holding leadership positions in marketing, management, sales and communication. She holds a B.A. from College of St. Benedict/St. John's University and studied abroad in Salzburg, Austria in addition to completing graduate coursework at the University of Mary.
In addition to speaking, Renee is an Author, Talk Show Host and the International Spokesperson for the Pay it Forward Foundation. Her Legacy Philosophy has been featured in numerous international and national publications such as Better Homes and Gardens, Fortune, Minnesota Women's Business Magazine, Parenting, Female Entrepreneur and Adoption Today. She is a frequent guest on talk radio and television stations across the country. Renee has served as Board Trustee for numerous healthcare, education and private business entities.
