As a criminal prosecutor, Elliott has successfully prosecuted thousands of criminal cases, ranging from D.U.I. to attempted murder, armed robbery, and kidnapping. He has been the lead trial attorney in more than 130 jury trials. In 2004, he was named in the "Best of the Bar" (Practice area: Prosecution) by the Orlando Business Journal.
