Weaving together practical concepts and real world experiences and examples, he helps participants to understand the concepts and be able to apply them in their work and life.
Peter Lucash is the founder and CEO of Digital CPE, LLC, a training and consulting firm working to improve the business management of small businesses, professional practices and nonprofit organizations. He is a Lecturer at Northeastern University, and also teaches at Gratz College and Ellis University. He teaches business management, entrepeneurship, business strategy and planning, organizational development and marketing.
Peter has worked as a manager and consultant in a variety of growth oriented and startup situations. He has developed and taught hundreds of live seminars that have been presented around the country for seminar companies and professional and trade organizations, including McGraw-Hill, the Business Network, CPE, Inc., American Marketing Association, the Blackbaud International Conferences on Philanthropy, the Small Business Resource Center and the Medical Group Management Association.
Peter has worked as chief administrative officer, operations manager, vice president of planning and marketing and interim chief financial officer. He holds an MBA and MPH from Columbia University.
He is the author of two books, both originally published by McGraw-Hill. "Medical Practice Business Plan Workbook - 3rd Edition" was published in October 2011 by CRC Press/Productivity Press.
