Karen Deborah Farris is an author, speaker, and workshop leader, and the creator of MESHE, HESHE, MISON & ORBIT -- an interactive, unique and practical set of personal development tools -- which she presents in her book, MESHE, HESHE, MISON & ORBIT, What My Grandmother Taught Me About the Universe.
Designed for enlightenment, harmony, enrichment and wellness, MESHE (mee-shee), HESHE (hee-shee), MISON (my-sahn) & ORBIT (or-bit) has been taught by Farris in workshops for nearly two decades.
Farris began building a body of writings and teachings in 1983 and incorporates a background in integrative bodywork, counseling and healing techniques, and corporate application. She specializes in people in transition; conscious practice in the workplace; communication skills that enhance both personal and professional relationships; programs for youth and teens and the adults who parent and mentor them.
Her unique view of the interweaving relationships we all have with self, other, and life itself helps to create a powerful and visual model for understanding and resolving chronic problems in new ways.
A trained actor, mediagenic and articulate, she is comfortable speaking about her work anywhere.
