You may cancel your service and automatic billing at any time. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. Please don't leave, though, without letting us know why you want to end your subscription. To cancel your SpeakerMatch service, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center.
You will receive an instant cancellation confirmation verification and a confirmation number when you submit your request. Please print your verification notice and keep it for your records.
NOTE: Any pending applications
will show a
status of "Withdrawn" to the meeting planner.
When SpeakerMatch subscribers sign up for service on a monthly subscription, their credit cards are charged the full monthly charge for the service in advance. Please be advised that customers who subscribe to monthly services are not entitled to a refund after 60 days* but may cancel service at any time.
