CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your service and automatic billing at any time. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. Please don't leave, though, without letting us know why you want to end your subscription. To cancel your SpeakerMatch service, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center.

You will receive an instant cancellation confirmation verification and a confirmation number when you submit your request. Please print your verification notice and keep it for your records.

Your cancellation request will contain:

• Your Full Name
• Your SpeakerMatch user name
• Your e-mail address
• The reason you are canceling your service

NOTE: Any pending applications will show a
status of "Withdrawn" to the meeting planner.

Refunds for Monthly Subscribers

When SpeakerMatch subscribers sign up for service on a monthly subscription, their credit cards are charged the full monthly charge for the service in advance. Please be advised that customers who subscribe to monthly services are not entitled to a refund after 60 days^* but may cancel service at any time.

Refunds for Annual Subscribers

SpeakerMatch annual subscribers will have their credit cards charged the full amount of the service when they sign up and are subject to the following penalties* under the cancellation policy:

• Cancellations within 30 days of the billing date will be
  refunded the full billing amount less $50.
• If you cancel 31 - 90 days after the billing date, you
  will be refunded 50% of the total fee charged for the service.
• If you cancel 91 - 180 days after the billing date, you
  will be refunded 25% of the total fee charged for the service.
• If you cancel 180 days after the billing date, you will not receive any refund.

Note About Failed Payments:

You must cancel your account using the procedure stated above to stop your billing. A failed charge will not close your account. As per our terms of service, YOU AGREE THAT SpeakerMatch.com MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE
