CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your service and automatic billing at any time. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined below. Please don't leave, though, without letting us know why you want to end your subscription. To cancel your SpeakerMatch service, you must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center.

Submitting a cancellation request will automatically generate an emailed receipt of your cancellation, stop all future billing of your account, and close your account at the end of its billing cycle. Please print your receipt of cancellation and keep it for your records.

Your cancellation request will contain:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your SpeakerMatch user name
  • Your e-mail address
  • The reason you are canceling your service

NOTE: Any pending applications will show a status of "Withdrawn" to the meeting planner when you cancel your membership.

Monthly and 4-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account.

When you cancel, you cancel only future charges associated with your subscription. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time, but the cancellation will become effective at the end of your current billing period.

Cancellations are effective the following billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. You will continue to have the same access and benefits of your product for the remainder of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Quarterly and 12-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account.

If you cancel within the first 2 months, your access and other benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund unless you specify, in writing, to billing@speakermatch.com that you wish to be refunded. All refunds will be prorated to the day of your written request.

If you cancel in the final 30 days, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your access and privileges will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Annual and 52-Week Subscription Billing *

You must complete the Cancellation Request Form located in the Member Center to cancel your account.

If you cancel within the first 11 months, your access and other benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund unless you specify, in writing, to billing@speakermatch.com that you wish to be refunded. All refunds will be prorated to the day of your written request.

If you cancel in the final 30 days, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of your current billing period. Your access and privileges will continue to the end of the current billing period, and you will not receive a refund.

Changes to Content or Access

We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or product for any reason, with or without notice and without further obligation. You will not be entitled to a refund in these circumstances. If any or all of our digital products are temporarily unavailable, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Cancellation and Refunds of One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases cannot be canceled or refunded.

Note About Failed Payments:

You must cancel your account using the procedure stated above to stop your billing. A failed charge will not close your account. As per our terms of service, YOU AGREE THAT SpeakerMatch.com MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE



*First-time subscribers: Use the SpeakerMatch service for up to 8 weeks at absolutely no risk. If you are not completely satisfied with the value of service you receive, and would like to request a refund of your investment, just let us know by the end of this period, and we'll promptly refund your full investment of membership fees. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
